Hello from Mountainwood.

Sarah Lundin writes the Mountainwood Mysteries, a cozy mystery series set in a small New England inn town where the coffee is always hot and the murder rate is, admittedly, a little high. She's the author of eight books in the series so far, with more on the way.

When she's not plotting Elsie Harper's next case, she can usually be found somewhere warmer than New England, testing recipes, and being generally unimpressed by anyone who claims their dog is smarter than Murphy.
